Janet Cameron MA, Cert.Ed, is a recently retired lecturer in Creative Writing for the University of Kent. She is also the author of Brighton and Hove — Murders and Misdemeanours, her ninth published book, Dover — Murder and Crime (2006) and Medway — Murder and Crime (2008).

She lives in Hove.
